Math Field Day is a competition that affords middle and high school students the opportunity to demonstrate knowledge and skills they have acquired during their courses throughout the school year. While it strengthens school spirit, the tournament also encourages teamwork and promotes interest in the field of mathematics.
The event takes place in April each year, and is part of the Education Foundation’s “Educational Fitness” month which helps to raise money for public education while focusing on the importance of healthy minds and bodies.
The Superintendent’s Golf Classic is the longest-running fundraiser for the Citrus County Education Foundation. This year's annual event will host approximately 120 golfers competing in two flights based upon the skill level of their team. The event includes lunch to-go, door prizes, raffles, hole-in-one prizes, and more. We are hosting the 7th Annual Citrus Kids Triathlon! The event features three divisions: Junior (Born 2009-2014), Senior (Born 2004-2008) and a Tri4Fun that is open to any age. Children ages 5-15 can participate in the Age Group divisions. If you just want to TRI a triathlon, then enter the non-competitive Tri4Fun division where adults and children can go together.
Camp will be from 8:00 – 1:00pm. Lunch will be provided.
Cost is $80.00 - Campers will receive a t-shirt
